Cabinet Construction

Behind every door is a cabinet that must be strong enough to support the weight of a quartz or granite top, be accurate enough to be sized consistently around the room, and be designed thoughtfully to maximize the use of space.

At Pristine Kitchen Systems, we construct all of our cabinet cases with the strongest 5/8" melamine or plywood that can be sourced anywhere, and we use a solid wood support piece along the front of our cabinets to enhance structural rigidity and strength. Many companies choose to save weight and cost by utilizing a 1/4" or 1/8" panel in the back of their cabinets, forgetting that this is the most critical part which is being fastened to the wall! Not here. We have built cabinets for decades using 5/8" material and have never had an issue. In fact, we have dropped one off the back of a truck on the highway only to find it completely intact and square!! Our methods make a heavy cabinet, but our installer has been working out.

When we cut your kitchen, we are using the most state of the art CNC machine available in the industry. This machine allows your cabinet to be manufactured with tolerances you would typically find in the machining industry. We are talking about tolerances of 0.0001" on every machined part. This ensures a perfect fit of all parts, every time. We also are able to utilize the newest joinery methods available, such as blind dado and lock dado which allow our cabinets to be assembled like a jigsaw puzzle. We invite you into our showroom to take a sample cabinet home with you to assemble, it's hard to imagine the accuracy until you put one together.

Pristine Kitchen Systems strives to continually explore new technology in order to provide the best cabinet possible to you, our customer.
